WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
The Private Eye  accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and Paypal. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an email receipt confirming your purchase.

WHAT WILL MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SAY WHEN I AM BILLED? 
Your credit card transaction will say “The Private Eye Project” and the amount charged to your card as shown in our checkout. 

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is based on your area or postal code These charges are applied at your selection in the checkout process. International customers may be subject to duties and taxes, depending on your order's destination. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and a tracking number providing instant access to the status of your package.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?
Orders ship between one and five business days. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you depends on where you live and the method of shipment used. If you need your product by a specific date in the immediate future, we recommend contacting us to verify that you will receive your order in time.
