Processing Time: |

Most orders ship within three to five business
days. Orders for Class Kits and orders over $1000.00
may take additional time. If this is the case, we
will contact you with an estimated shipping date. We
make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. |

WA State residents are charged 7%
sales tax. If you are
a tax exempt organization in the state of Washington, please place your order by calling (509) 365-3007. |

| Shipping & Handling: |

Orders within the U.S. are shipped
via UPS or US Priority Mail. All PO Box deliveries will be shipped via US Priority Mail. Canadian and International orders are
shipped via the United States Postal Service (Please see ordering options above for International orders).

An email with your UPS or
USPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping. It
may take up to one business day after shipping for tracking
information to be available. |

Please call (509) 365-3007 to arrange for a return of any item in new condition. We accept returns within 90 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
